Shipping

• Method: USPS with tracking.

• Signature: Default required for secure delivery. Option to remove signature upon request (note: doing so may affect liability).

• Processing: Most of pieces are made-to-order, please refer each product page for production time. Shipping time is 3–5 business days once it' shipped. Please contact if you need jewelry by certain date.

• International: U.S. only. Contact us for international inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges 

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for any request for return or exchange. Custom order or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Timeframe: 5 days from delivery.

• Condition: Original packaging & unworn condition required.

• Custom Pieces: Non-returnable unless defective.

• If item arrive damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately.
